During research, information required is obtained from several sources. These sources may include primary, secondary, and triangulations.

Storing Collected Information and Name of File Formats

I used the collected data from different sources to identify source one and source 2. The data was recorded in Microsoft Office Excel. However, the goal of the Excel software is to allow easy analysis to produce the desired output.

Data Processing Methodology.

The various activities that are involved in data processing include validating the data, which makes sure the data is accurate and relevant. However the summarization is done to make sure the data are summarized so the main points are only taken and used (Kathy 2016.

Next comes the selection of the best data source to be analyzed. Data 2 will be used to give this information. The data was composed of three columns (Norman 2015).

The analysis will now be conducted on the selected data2. However, there are some features that must be eliminated before the analysis can begin.

Designing Experiments Using Proposed Methodologies

Now the experiment can be designed based on the type of data collected. This can be done by data analysis. Excel sheets are the best tools for this purpose. These will allow the description of the results in percentages, and graphically the table below illustrates how the experiments were conducted.

Implementing the Experiment Using Software/Tools – Microsoft Excels

The Microsoft Excel software is used to execute the experiments. However, the analysis of the data will be performed and the graphs and diagrams generated accordingly (Barney 2015).

There were expectations about the outcome of the experiments during the research. The experiments are expected to produce a viable result in which the percentage of failures in different health care centers are high. Hospitals without computerized data storage are more likely to lose their patients’ data.

My expectation is that organizations using manual systems will have the following results when it comes to data loss (Gary 2016).
